The only problem Sammas is transfering the VHS to Digital or I can just make a tape copy and send it to Curtis. I just don't know if I want that stuff out there for the world to see hahaha! Its hilarious, we were a total Maiden ripoff. We had A guy in a costume on drywallers stilts,he dressed up like a wizard. We had a signature tune called "Night of the Wizard". Catchy huh? His face looked like a dehydrated Santa and his costume looked like a volunteer firefighters coat. He stood nine feet tall and used to come out and jam behind us. We once played a rally in the alley in Z-ville,"all Ages" when he came out he scared about fifty little kids back to there mom's, we were never invited back. We were blacklisted from more clubs just because of the name which ultimately added to our demise. 1983 in Ohio, what can I say. Set list was cool, UFO, Sabbath, Maiden, Saxon, The Rods, Originals, Good Times.
Peace

Sounds like a cool set list....really threw me a curve ball with The Rods! (Rock Feinstein and crew from New York). Which song did you do? Wild Dogs? Crank it Up? Unbelievable!

Weems, we did Crank it up and Too Hot To Stop, one of my favs' we also played a Coney Hatch tune,"we've got the night". Saxon's Redline, lights out from UFO, Lady Evil from the Dio Sabbath days. alot of obscure shit, its know wonder we were hard to book. Stage was set with candelabra's, a huge backdrop, a wall of amps, lighted drum stage, A PA the size of the Newports and two trucks to hall all of the shit. Mass Hype and tons of work. Lots of fun. Still talk to all the guys, great people.

Great times, I remember blowing the face off the Wizard with a flash pod one night. Tibor, I'm sure remembers.....DC played some of my fav tunes! Crank it up, Armed and Ready, Demon and Leather. Tibor played a mean Micheal Schenker rif back in the day!!!!

Yea,O and W know's all the deep dark secrets, the flash pod incident was classic, it took the guy 6 weeks to grow his eye brows back. O and W was THE light man in his day. Even faced down the owner of the Charlie Horse packin' a glock. Yep, when I played in the Creed I had about three riffs. "the Schenker", "The Trower", the third was my secret weapon, when the previous two failed I just bent the neck on my flying "V" to simulate a Tremolo bar.

Randy Hansen and anything else Hendrix like.

The only other player I've run into that has heard of this guy is Columbus guitar superstar John Burlingame, about 25 years ago. I saw Randy play 5 years ago in Bellvue, Washington. Outside Seattle. He jams.
